At www.ejiqxc.com, we always adhere to high product quality standards and strive to bring you a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 180 days after receipt. The product must be kept in original condition with all original tags attached.

After we receive and verify the returned goods, we will arrange a full refund via the original payment channel within 7 business days, or you can choose product exchange service.

1. REQUEST A RETURN

Please send a return or exchange application email to service@ejiqxc.com with your order information.

2. PACKAGE THE RETURNED ITEMS

Please pack the returned products safely and attach the original invoice. If you do not have the original packaging, please follow the official packaging guidelines of USPS, UPS or FedEx to ensure the goods are properly protected during transportation.

3. ARRANGE SHIPMENT

Paste the printed return label on the package and seal it tightly. Please cover or remove all old shipping labels to avoid delivery errors. Drop off the package at the nearest USPS, UPS or FedEx offline outlet.

4. EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT OR REFUND

We will send you an email confirmation immediately after receiving your returned package. For full-price products, you can choose product exchange, store credit or full refund (completed within 7 working days after goods verification). All discounted and promotional products only support exchange and store credit services, and are not eligible for refund, unless marked as final sale.
