How do I place my order?
To place an order:
1. Finish adding your preferred items to the shopping cart.
2. Proceed with checkout via our official website or PayPal:

3. You will be redirected to the customer information page to fill in your email address, full name and delivery address.
4. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the page and click "Apply" to activate the discount for your order.
5. Click “Continue to Shipping Method” after confirming your information. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate (if different from your billing address), then click “Continue on to Payment Method”.
6. Fill in your payment details. You may check the option to confirm identical shipping and billing addresses if applicable.
7. After completing all information, click "Complete Order". You will receive an on-screen order summary and confirmation, as well as a confirmation email sent to your registered mailbox.

What if there are missing or incorrect items in my order?
For missing goods or wrong item delivery issues, please contact us atservice@ejiqxc.com. Kindly provide your order number (transaction reference number) and relevant proof photos (file size below 1MB). We will reship the correct products to you free of charge, and you may keep the incorrectly delivered items as a complimentary gift.
